Angela Veljkovic created Happy Planet Society as a way to encourage others to live more sustainably. What started as a personal journey to be more environmentally friendly has now turned into an effort to influence people locally, nationally and globally to do the same. Happy Planet Society is a positive and friendly online space to spread awareness of various sustainability issues happening worldwide. Angela graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Arts & Contemporary Studies in 2016. In 2020, Angela graduated with honours from Seneca College with a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management. Angela has years of experience working in the real estate industry, from working in real estate brokerages to being a legal assistant in a real estate law firm. Although her experience is mainly in real estate, Angela is committed to furthering her education in the field of environment & business and is dedicated to advocating for more sustainability efforts in the corporate world.
